Membership of the Plan is open to anyone who is a permanent employee of the Company, or who is employed under a fixed term contract. New employees may join the Plan immediately, or may do so at any time during the first six months of service, providing they join before age 60. Employees who do not join during their first six months of service will not be allowed to join later.
