Explanatory Scheme Booklet
The Explanatory Scheme Booklet (which should be read in conjunction with the announcements issued after the effective date of each booklet in the section below) is given to all members when they are invited to join the Plan and provides a summary of main terms and conditions of the Plan.

Please note that, for the purpose of assessing the value of benefit accruals for tax, the Trustee has nominated a Pension Input Period from 1 April to 31 March each year.

Announcements
There are a number of announcements which should be read in conjunction with the Explanatory Scheme Booklet above.

Trust Deed and Rules
The Norcros Security Plan is established under a trust of which the trustee is Norcros Group (Trustee) Limited. The Trust Deed and Rules are the legal documents establishing the trust and setting out the rules.

Report and Accounts
This is an annual report produced by the trustee incorporating investment information and the annual accounts. Abridged copies are issued to members and pensioners each year via the Pensionwise Newsletter to keep them informed about the progress of the Plan.

Statement of Investment Principles
This is a detailed statement of investment principles which sets out the trustee’s investment policy.

Internal Disputes Resolution Procedures
This document sets out the two-stage procedure for dealing with any complaints members may have about the management of the Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Pensions Act 1995.
