Internal Disputes Resolution Procedure

The Trustee of the Plan has developed a two-stage Internal Disputes Resolution (IDR) procedure (for dealing with any complaints members may have about the management of the Plan) which satisfies the IDR requirements of the Pensions Act 1995.

The first stage involves consideration by two directors of the Trustee Company. The second stage, if necessary, involves consideration by the Board of the Trustee Company.

A special form must be used to lodge a complaint under this procedure, and this form, together with explanatory notes, can be obtained by contacting :

The Secretary
Norcros Group (Trustee) Limited
Baileys House
Central Walk
Broad Street
Wokingham
Berkshire RG40 1AZ

Tel 0118 977 0079

If you wish to raise the matter with an external body for an opinion, you should contact:

The Pensions Advisory Service
11 Belgrave Road
London SW1V 1RB

This is an independent voluntary organisation giving free help and advice to members of the public who have a problem concerning either a company or personal pension.

If PAS feel your complaint is justified, they may recommend you raise it with the Pensions Ombudsman, who is appointed under section 145(2) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 to deal with complaints against, and disputes with, company and personal pension schemes. The address of the Pensions Ombudsman is the same as that for PAS given above.
